She worked as a graphics artist for the State of Illinois DECA retiring after 29 years. She was a member of Church of Christ and enjoyed camping, painting, cooking and arts and crafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Proctor of Springfield; son, Jerod (Tara) Proctor of Springfield; grandchildren, Taylor Devarose, Vincent and Avi Proctor; and lots nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23, 2017 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home, Springfield, IL, with Reverend Joyce Gerhold officiating.
