Oct. 4, 1939 - Feb. 15, 2007 MICHAEL LYNN BELL Devoted husband, loving father, valued friend Mickey was born and raised in Galena Park, Texas. Mickey was a graduate of Galena Park High School. He attended Sam Houston State University and served honorably for three years in the United States Navy. Mickey began his career in the Oil and Gas Industry working for Great American Tank Car Company (GATX). He spent time in various executive roles working for Hollywood Terminal, Arthur Smith Corporation, Ellis Barge Lines, Hollywood Chemical, and Hollywood Marine. He retired from Hollywood Marine in 1997. Throughout his life Mickey enjoyed traveling and spending time with friends and family. Mickey was an avid golfer and enjoyed visiting the great golf courses of the world. Throughout his life, Mickey was devoted to his children and grandchildren. Mickey lived a selfless life. He was always concerned about others before himself. He touched many lives and was loved by all who knew him. Mickey is preceded in death by his son, Tony. Mickey is survived by his wife of 30 years, Patsy Bell; daughter, Jennifer Lynn Bell; grandchildren: Justin Michael Beiser, Tiffany Grimm, and Brandy Miller; great-grandchildren: Trevor Michael, Lukas Allen, Emily Dawn, Kayla Marie and many loving aunts, nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, February 18, 2007 from 5pm-7pm at J.B. Earthman-Tanglewood Chapel. Mickey's life will be celebrated on Monday, February 19, 2007 at 11 AM, at J.B. Earthman, 5740 San Felipe. Interment will follow at the Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway. Family and friends are invited to a reception following interment services at Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen, 12637 Westheimer @ Dairy Ashford.
