Surviving are two children a son Jack Blakely Jr. and daughter Debbie Johnson (David) of Greenville, 7 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren; three sisters Martha, Daisy, and Velma.
She was preceded in death two sons Johnny Blakely and Jerry Blakely; three brothers, and one grandchild.
Burial at Graceland West Cemetery.
