Died June 9, 2017 Merry Melinda Ratliff, age 50, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Paducah, KY on Saturday, June 9, 2017 from complications associated with a long term illness. Melinda was born on May 2, 1967 in Lexington, KY. She was the daughter of Kathleen Rowe (Ratliff) Kinsel and the late John Marvin Ratliff. Melina was raised in Pikeville, KY, attended Pikeville Independent Schools and graduated from Mullins High School in 1985. Melina live in Brookville, Ohio for the last 25 years. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Nicole Cummins, mother Kathleen Rowe (Ratliff) Kinsel, stepfather Dennis D. Kinsel, sister and brother-in-law, Leah and David Landis, nephews, Jacob and Ethan Landis, step-siblings, Pam Kasai, Rick Paula, and Randy Kinsel. She will be lovingly missed by her family, friends, and her dog Bandit.
