Dale E. "Pat" Patterson, 73, of Bauxite passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017. He was born in Trenton, Ga., on May 21, 1944 to Forrest and Letha Patterson. Pat was of the Church of Christ faith and was a Past Master of Adoniram Masonic Lodge.

Pat is survived by his son, Chris Patterson (Sheila) of North Richland Hills, Texas; his beloved boxer, Dixie; brothers, Gary Patterson and Patrick Patterson and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years, Sue Patterson; brother, John Patterson; and sister, Beverly Patterson.

The family wants to give a special thank you to O. D. and Kay Burtcher for their care of both Pat and Dixie, especially during the last months of his life.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2017 at the Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
