DEATH OF MRS. SHERER
Last evening at nine-thirty o'clock occurred the death of Mrs. Mary Sherer, wife of George Sherer, of 0105 Michigan avenue, after a lingering illness. Mrs. Sherer was sixty-eight years of age and is survived by her husband, two brothers, Henry Prosser of Edina, Mo., and Alvin Prosser of Cedar Vale, one sister, Mrs. F. M. Gibson of Latham and six children. They are Mrs. Harry Kelfley of Hackney, W. B. Sherer of Argentine, South America; Mrs. William Hopkins of Lamar, Colo.; Mrs. G. W. Sipes of Denver, Colo.; Myron Sherar of Anthony, and Willar Sherar of Latham.
The funeral services will be held at one o'clock tomorrow from the Lathan church at which place Mrs. Sherar had been a resident before coming to Winfield seven years ago.
