Bertha M. Schmall passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017, at the age of 94. She was born in Fresno, CA, on September 11, 1922, to Henry and Marie (Helmuth) Klein. She married the first love of her life, Henry Schmall, in 1939. She was a homemaker, loved her yard, her home, and family. She was a wonderful cook and she made the best "Banana Cream Pies." Bertha was a lifelong member of The Biola Congregational Church, Tabitha Society, Sunday teachers, and Sunday School Superintendent. Bertha was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 44 years, Henry Schmall; brother, Henry Klein Jr. and wife Connie; sister, Alice Wagenleitner and husband Bill; and son-in-law, Dannie Voth.
