Birth and death dates are educated guesses based on secondary information from biographies. The only documented date for Hopestill Tryon Woodworth is her marriage date of 2 Sep 1742 to Ebenezer Woodworth Jr. Burial is unknown.

IF her parents were David Tryon and Hannah Waddams, and there is some evidence in probate records to the contrary, they were both deceased by January 1731, so who raised this little girl? And why is no guardian mentioned for a daughter Hopestill in "Glastonbury, Wethersfield 23 Dec 1730 court record page 35-5, Jan 1730-31" as quoted "page 108, 5 Mar 1733 Benjamin age 18 chose Ebenezer Dickinson, Guardian" and "page 3, vol. 7, 25 Apr 1734 Ezra age 14 chose his brother Jonathan Tryon, Guardian".

Ebenezer Woodworth Jr. married Hopestill Tryon on 2 SEP 1742. Little is known of her, except that she is possibly suspected to have been the last child born years after their other children, between 1720 and 1725, of Hannah Waddams Tryon, death date unknown, and David Tryon who died before 23 Dec 1730 when his will was probated. Guardians were mentioned for sons Benjamin and Ezra in 1730-1 court records, but no guardians were mentioned for any daughter named Hopestill so some questions remain as to parentage.

She is possibly the child of someone else in that family or a completely different Tryon couple.

The only documentable date is that of Hopestill Tryon's marriage to Ebenezer.
