Mr. Rainwater passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at his residence. He was born on November 15, 1938 in Blount County, Alabama to Robert M. Rainwater and Sarah Jane Rainwater. He was a member of the Kendrick Baptist Church. Mr. Rainwater loved life and lived it to the fullest. He spent many hours working with wood making birdhouses for his family and friends.
He is survived by his Wife of 50 years, Dianne Rainwater of Rockford; Daughters, Paula Dianne McCollum (Shayne), Amanda Joyce Rainwater; Son, Johnnie Eugene Rainwater; Ten Grandchildren; Six Great-grandchildren; Brother, Glenn Rainwater and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Sisters, Catherine LaRue, Maxine Stidham, Pauline Posey, Annie Underwood, Billy Jean Rainwater; Brothers, James and Robert Rainwater.
