A private ceremony for family will be held for Anne Burton, 81 of Vacaville. She will be laid to rest at the Oakmont Memorial Park in Lafayette.
Anne was born in England on Nov. 24, 1931 to Frank and Margaret Halliday. She passed away peacefully on the morning of Oct 22.
Anne was a loving mother, devoted to her family.
For many years she worked as a secretary for the Martinez Sheriff's Dept. She loved gardening, jogging and drawing.
Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Capt. Alan Burton and son-in-law, Kirk Martinez.
Anne will be missed by many and loved by all.
