Survived by: one daughter, Michelle Burke; her father, Peter Cogan; four brothers, Wayne Cogan, Paul Cogan, Thomas Cogan, and Darren Cogan; five sisters, Veronica Cogan, Linda Woodward, Sherry McDougall, Iris Cogan, and Kim Jacobs. Memorial service will be held 8 p.m. Friday, January 16, 2004, at Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main Street, Phoenix, New York. Calling hours 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
