Jack O'Neil Arthur, 85, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013. He was the son of late James Ivey Arthur and Guila Gillikin Arthur. Jack was a retired State Trooper. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by, son, Jack "Cadillac" O'Neil Arthur Jr., daughter, Karen Arthur Casmas.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 63 years, Bettie Howell Arthur, daughter-in-law, Gloria Morgan, son-in-law, Steve Casmus, two grandchildren; Stacy Michelle and Justin Lee Arthur, two step-grandchildren, Mea and Tyler, one step-grandchild, Brian Fisher (Jessica) and his loving dog, Duke.
