says on oath that the following list contains a true statement of the heirs of said decedent and the persons named are the only legal heirs of the said deceased. to wit:
Mary C Richardson the wife of the affiant, who is over the age of 21 years and resides in Hale County, ala.
Harriet Dunklin , wife of Joe Dunklin , she is over 21 years of age and resides in Perry County, Ala.
Martha Terry. who resides in Hale County, Ala. and is over 21 years of age.
Ann E. Taylor is over 21 years of age and supposed to reside in Fayette County. Ala,
and Franklin Taylor under the age of 21 years and resides with affiant in Hale County, Ala.
All of them are heirs & children of Absolum Taylor, decd.
