FRANK X. ATZINGER, 61, a construction engineer for 20 years with the Abell Elevator Company, died at 5:50 p.m. yesterday at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. Atzinger, who lived at 2240 Farnsley Avenue, was a veteran of World War I. But his bachelor status made him liable to the draft in World War II and he was inducted again at age 44. He was among the older draftees in World War II service. Surviving are a sister, Miss Antoinette Atzinger, and two brothers, Herbert L. Atzinger and George E. Atzinger. The body is at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home, 4101 Dixie Highway. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Denis Church. Burial will be in Zachary Taylor National Cemetery.
