Mary Lucille Merriman, 90, of Toulon, formerly of Peoria, passed away at 6:30 PM on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Toulon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She was born on July 16, 1926 in Los Angeles, CA to Charles A. and Julia E. (Wilkey) Larash. She married Loy "Jean" Merriman in Peoria on January 4, 1947. He preceded her in death on October 22, 2012 in Peoria. She was also preceded by her parents, two Brothers, George and Richard, one Sister, Muriel, one Grandson, Jon Bradley Merriman; and one Great Granddaughter, Gianna Marie Harrigan.

Mary is survived by three Sons Richard (Deanna) Merriman of Bartonville, Jack (Linda) Merriman of Douglasville, GA, and Steve Merriman of Peoria; five Grandchildren Jack Merriman Jr., Heather (Daniel) Harrigan, Denise Merriman, Nikolaus (Rhys) Merriman, and Alecia (Billy) Bernardoni; four Great Grandchildren Ava and Luciano Harrigan, Reagan Bernardoni, and Dominic Wolszon.

She had worked for TP+W Railroad, Inc. as a Keypunch Operator. Previously, she had worked for Lakeview Museum and Caterpillar Tractor Company Inc.

She had been a member of the Eastern Star in Peoria.

Services were private. Burial was in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
