Karen Lynn Burden, 52, of 1156 S. Lincoln Ave., Kankakee, formerly of Mackinaw, died Sunday, March 28, 1999, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
She was born Dec. 23, 1946, in Peoria to Lawrence and Evelyn Burden.
Surviving are her mother of Mackinaw; two sisters, Kay Wheat of Hartsburg and Mrs. Larry (Karla) Hasler of Stanford; and three brothers, Lawrence of Morton, Randy of Pekin and Harlan of Mackinaw.
Her father preceded her in death.
She graduated from Concordia College in River Forest. She was a librarian at Bourbonnais Library.
Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens, Pekin.
