Cunningham - Helen E, age 82, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2007. She was born on June 20, 1924 in rural Eufaula, OK, to Walter and Helen Butenschoen. Helen was salutatorian of her Eufaula High School Class of 1942. She graduated from Draughons Business School in Muskogee, OK and moved to Tulsa. She worked at Service Pipeline for over 15 years as a Secretary in the industrial Relations Department. Helen was a member of the Assistance League of Tulsa, charter member of Lafortune/South Lakes Women's Golf Association, Garden Club, Church of the Madelene Women's Club and Church of the Resurrection Women's Club. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents, Walter and Helen; and brother, George. Helen is survived by; her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Paul Lockwood of Sydney, Australia; grandchildren, Eric and Emma; brother, Joe Butenshoen of Checotah; sister, Elsie Crieder and Rosemary Karleskint of Tulsa; and numerous nieces and nephews. Helen touched many lives with her infectious smile and wonderful personality In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Assistance League of Tulsa and/or Church of the Madelene. A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 29, 2007 and Funeral services 10 a.m., Friday, March 30, both at Church of the Madelene. Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, 291-3500.
