Mrs. Robin Lewis was born February 19, 1961 in Jackson, TN. She entered into eternal rest on the morning of Friday, May 19, 2017 at her home in Lafayette, LA.
Robin was a Registered Nurse and was proud to do her job with care and compassion for all of her patients. She often taught those she worked with that there was no such phrase as "my patient or your patient." She felt like all patients were to be cared for by everyone. Nursing was truly a passion that she took to heart. Robin also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She liked to swim, relaxing at the beach and good country music. She was a simple and ordinary person but the task of being a wife and mother were treasured by her. When we think back on Robin's life simply put we would say she enjoyed the serenity of life. Robin's sweet and humble demeanor will be missed by her large circle of family, colleagues, friends and patients.
Robin leaves a wonderful legacy to be cherished and continued by her husband of 17 years John Lewis of Lafayette, LA.; daughters Shelby Lyle and husband Alan of Jackson, TN and Savannah Lewis of Lafayette, LA; one son Robert Andrew Pope of Jackson, TN.; brother Joseph Clinton Clifft of Dyersburg, TN. and three granddaughters Madison, Sydney, and Brooklynn Sutton.
She preceded in death her father Robert Andrew Clifft, mother Sonia Lee Clifft and brother Terry Lee Clifft.
