When he was 20, he married Sharon L Anderson on Nov 28, 1959 in Island, Washington. When he was 34, he married Alice Wai Fong Tam on Apr 12, 1973 in San Francisco, California.

Charles Warren Runyan entered the Navy on Dec 21, 1955. He served as a Chief Petty Officer-Communications Specialist/Navy. He retired on Aug 01, 1975 in Sequim, Clallam, Washington.

He had three children with his 1st wife, Sharon: Katherine, Lisa and Bruce. With his 2nd wife, Alice, he had one child, Maylee.
