J Morris Farrell, 93, of Spirit Lake, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2009, at Hilltop Care Center in Spirit Lake. He was born on March 3, 1915, in Madison, Missouri, to John and Emma (Clark) Farrell. Morris graduated from LuVerne High School in 1935. He was united in marriage to Arvilla Wilkens on December 8, 1938, in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Arvilla passed away June 22, 1997.Morris worked for Greyhound Bus Lines, driving and in accounting for many years in Fort Dodge. After retiring, he continued to work for the Fish Hatchery in Spirit Lake. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, crafts, boating and fishing.Morris is survived by his two daughters, Leta Mozena, and her husband, Donovan, of Spencer, and Vicki Klein, and her husband, Terry, of Spirit Lake.
