Karl Wood, 69, Circleville, a native of Cedar City died of natural causes Friday, October 27, in a Panguitch hospital.
He was born in Cedar City on December 17, 1897, a son of George H. and Elizabeth Ann Bryner Wood. He married Leah Whittaker, April 18, 1919, at Junction, Piute County. She died Dec. 30, 1964.
Mr. Wood was a stockman and rancher throughout his life.
He is survived by a son, Karl W., Circleville; three grandchildren, three brothers, William, Preston and Rulon Wood, all Cedar City; and three sisters, Mrs. George (Pauline) Hunter, Cedar City; Mrs. Roy Armstrong, Provo, and Mrs. Gwen Jones, Enterprise.
