She became the wife of Alexander Topance on the 18th of September, 1870, the ceremony being performed at Corinne, Utah. She has resided at Salt Lake City, Corinne and Ogden. She has taken great pride in her home and family, and has tried throughout her life to fulfill the Golden Rule. She holds the position of Captain of Company M. Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.
