Matthew passed away in his home. He attended school at Westmoore High School in Moore, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his parents, Steve and Rebecca Owens and brother Jason; grandparents, DeWayne and Katie of Moore and Marc and Sue Wilson of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas. Matthew adored all of his uncles, aunts and cousins.
