Patricia was born in Schuyler, Nebraska on June 3, 1932.She was the sixth child of David and Minnie McCready. The family moved to California when she was young. She met her future husband, Antonio (Tony) Segura in Eureka, Nevada. After they married they lived at the Segura Ranch near Eureka until moving to Northern California.
Pat and Tony enjoyed 57 years together until his death in 2010. They enjoyed travel, including a trip to Spain and England for their 40Th anniversary. They spent many happy vacations in Hawaii, went on several cruises, and made frequent trips traveling back and forth between California and Nevada. They were active members of the Novato Stump Jumpers, a square dancing club and attended many events including the yearly Silver State Square Dance Festival in Reno, Nevada.
Spending time with family and extended family was a frequent occurrence. Holidays, dinners, picnics,weekends, vacations, poker night - so many happy memories. Pat loved to laugh and have a good time.
Pat is survived by her children: Toni M. Romo, San Bruno, California; Damette & Mike Rebaleati, Eureka, Nevada; Patrick Segura & Carol Haxton, Reno, Nevada; Tina & Dale Rasmusen, Santa Rosa, California; 8 granddchildren: Jennifer, Tanya, Jason, Jessica, Danielle, Michelle, Katie and Sarah and 3 great grandchildren.
Pat's brothers David, Francis and Eugene McCready and her sisters Sibyl D'Arcy, Lorraine Gilley, Joni McKay and Verna McCready preceded her in death.
Pat is survived by her sister Daryl and brother-in-law Ray Rasmussen, her sister-in-law and life long friend Stella McCready, her in-laws Carmen and John Flangas and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved her. We take comfort in knowing that she is once again with the love of her life, Tony Segura.
