Jerry Duane Bragg, 67, of Orlando, WV. passed away on Saturday March 28, 2009 at Stonewall Jackson Hospital in Weston after a short illness.

Jerry was born on Feb 19, 1942 at Copen, WV., a son of the late Nola Short Bragg and Lelia Nicholson Bragg.

He was a retired school bus driver for Braxton Co. Board of Education and a veteran. Most of all he was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents, one brother, David Bragg and one sister, Mary Jane Bragg Hosey, also precede him in death.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 42 years. Patty Sue Conrad Bragg; three daughters, Sheila Butler of Gassaway; Wanda Bender and her husband Arnold of Orlando; Danni Moore and her husband Robert of Orland; six grandchildren, Bryan Henline and fiance India Keener of Sutton; Jessica Ross and fiance Matthew Hughart of Craigsville; Erica Butler of Gassaway; Andy Bender of Orlando; Alexander and Madison Moore of Orlando.

One great-grandson, Lance Henline of Sutton.

Three brothers, Robert Bragg, Copen, Paul Bragg, Burnsville, James Pete Bragg, Berea, KY., one sister Peggy Bragg Riffle, Copen.

A memorial service to celebrate his life was held at 7 pm Tuesday March 31, 2009 at Stockert-Gibson-Sizemore Funeral Home, Flatwoods, WV, with the Rev. Delmas Singleton officiating. Friends called from five to service time at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to wwwstockertgibson.com
