Death of Mrs. Morrissey.
Mrs Margaret Priscilla Morrissey, aged 70 years, widow of the late Michael Morrissey, a highly and respected citizen of Cumberland, died at her home, No. 223 Columbia avenue , yesterday at one o’clock, after a long illness of paralysis. She was a Miss Ames before her marriage and was born in Chaneyville, Bedford county, Pa. She is survived by the following children: Messrs Michael and John and Miss Mary Morrissey, and Mrs Daniel Morrissey and two grandchildren, Mary and Cecelia Morrissey. She was of a good, honest, kind and generous disposition and was liked by all who knew her. The funeral will take place Saturday morning at nine o'clock at St. Patrick's Church, where she was a member. Interment in St. Patrick's cemetery.
