She was born Jan. 3, 1994, in Medina. She was a sixth-grade student at Liverpool Elementary School and had schooling with the Electronic Classrooms of Tomorrow (ECON). Cassidy was involved in gymnastics and softball. She played piano and enjoyed working with arts and crafts.
She is survived by her loving mother, Pamela (nee Shamrock) Czech of Valley City; loving father, Melvin Czech of Valley City; brother, Cody of Valley City; sisters Tiffany, Nicole and Emily, all of Valley City; maternal grandmother, Camille Shamrock of Brunswick; paternal frandfather, Melvin (Joanne) Czech of Brunswick; and paternal grandmother, Carol Ezzo of Brunswick.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather William Shamrock.
Service; 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Brunswick United church of Christ, 4346 Center road (state Route 303). Pastor Steven Coates will officiate.
Visiting hours: 2 to 8 p.m. today at Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (one-half mile south of state route 303), Brunswick.
