Deborah Holland Nunnery, age 70, of Southport, NC, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Bolivia, NC.

Debbie was born September 23, 1946, in Roseboro, NC, to the late William R. and Margaret O'Steen Holland. Debbie graduated from Roseboro High School and the Highsmith-Rainey School of Nursing in Fayetteville, NC, and spent most of her working years as a registered nurse in Cumberland and Sampson Counties.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert "Bobby" Nunnery, her three sons, Chris and wife Mary Carol of Clinton, NC, Kevin and wife Lindsey of Charlotte, NC, and Jeff and wife Lindsey of Belmont, NC, two granddaughters, and three grandsons. She also leaves behind one brother, Mark R. Holland and wife Mindy of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, one sister, Terrie and husband Freddie Priest, of Whiteville, NC, two nephews, three nieces, and one great niece.
