Barbara A. Chaney, 77, of Chillicothe, died 11:30 am, April 7, 2014, at her residence, following a brief illness.
She was born May 13, 1936 to the late Arthur and Emma Fannon Lane. She married Billy Chaney, who died January 31, 2009. Survivors include seven children; 17 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; two brothers; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Tammy Lane, Wanda Algeo and Jane Pollock.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Friday at the Haller Funeral Home, Elder Garrett “Skip” Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call 11-1 Friday at Haller’s.
