She was born Dec. 3, 1914 at Norfolk to William and Anna (Voss) Newmann***. She was married on July 8, 1934 to Grover Ralsey at Onawa, Iowa. She was survived by her husband, 1 son Commander Roger, USN, Alburquerquer, New Mexico; 3** daughters: Mrs. W.
