Carl Frank Peoples, 65 of Ardmore, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2017.  He was born on October 4, 1951 in Madill, Oklahoma to the late Carl Edward Peoples and Mittie Ruth Muncrief Peoples.  Frank was raised in Oakland and Mannsville, Oklahoma.  He graduated in 1969 from Dickson High School and later attended the Murray State Collage in Tishomingo.  Frank married Barbara Hokett on January 23, 1970 in Odessa, Texas.  He worked for the hospital in Tishomingo from 1969 to 1974 and retired after 25 years from the Noble Foundation in Ardmore.  Frank later worked for the Ardmore Sheriff’s Department and Ardmore Public School as Manager of the Noble Stadium.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting his guns and going to McDonalds for coffee.  His greatest love was his grandkids.
