Andrea G. Powell, age 64 of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017 at Bethesda North Hospital. She was born on December 20, 1952, in Hamilton the daughter of Calvin and Ruth (Ramsayer) Diefenbacher. She graduated from Ross High School in 1971. On August 19, 1972, she married Doug Powell and together they raised three children. Andrea loved cats and had three that she cherished, Bunny, Sheba, and Tinkerbell. She is survived by her husband, Doug; her three children, Casey, Joshua, and Heather Powell; one brother, Terry (Brenda) Diefenbacher; one sister, Donna (Tony) Topicz; her sister-in-law, Kathy Diefenbacher; and many other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Gary Diefenbacher. Visitation will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, OH on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 10 am until the time of the funeral service at 12 noon. Burial will follow in Venice Cemetery.
