Mrs. Guinn was admitted to Mercy Hospital on January 5th, 1926. Physicians initially diagnosed her with gallbladder problems and performed surgery the next day. During the operation, it was discovered that Mrs. Guinn was suffering from liver cancer, with a duration of, at least, six months. She passed away, two days later.

Mrs. Guinn, 60, Oxford, R.R. 3, died at Mercy Hospital at 6:15 Friday. Death was caused by a complication of diseases. She had been in ill health for some time.
Mrs. Guinn was the wife of Thomas Guinn, whom she leaves. Funeral arrangements are incomplete pending word received from distant relatives.
