Born in Dekalb County, she was the daughter of the late Alton "Bud" Page and Ruby Ervin Page. Wanda is survived by her children, Eugene (Charlene Weldon) Owen of Lithonia, Ga, Buddy (Sally) Dodd of Norene, Anthony (Megan Allison) Dodd of Watertown; grandchildren, Shelbie Jean Owen, Hubert Eugene Owen III, Justin Allen Williams, Karrington Page Dodd, John Wayne Dodd, Anna May Dodd, Emma Louise Allison; brother, Jack (Evelyn) Page of Franklin; 2 nieces. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Smith officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till service time on Wednesday. Interment will be at Mt. Holly Cemetery in Smithville.
