December 8, 1969 - April 9, 2017 Mike Blackwell passed away on April 9, 2017 at the age of 47. He was born in London, Kentucky to Deana Blackwell and the late Edward Blackwell. Mike is survived by wife of 15 years Angel (nee Rogers) Blackwell; daughters Brittany Hall and Samantha Blackwell; grandson Jaxon Hall; brothers Shane (Holly) Blackwell, Chris Blackwell; sister Angel (Jeff) Cornett. Mike will also be missed by many loving nieces, nephews and special friends. Visitation will be 12 pm to 2 pm Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Ivey Funeral Home 2565 Princeton Road Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Funeral service will be 2 pm at funeral home. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Following burial a Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at East River Road Baptist Church 4525 River Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014.
