Passed away peacefully in his 88th year on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Beloved husband of Ruth Bauer. Cherished father of Barb (Joe) Kiraly. Treasured grandfather of Faith, Forrest, and Logan Kiraly. Adored by Ruth's family, Claudine (Al) Haid, Brenda Haid and Marc Auger (Rose) and their children Justin and Beth Auger. Predeceased by his first wife, Marilyn Bauer (nee Phillips), and his son Robert Bauer. Visitation will be held at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, 63 Grand Avenue North Cambridge N1S 2L1 on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. A Reception will follow the in the church hall. A private interment will take place at Parklawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cambridge & District Humane Society, World Vision, or the Galt Animal Hospital.
