Brandon Yates, Age 35, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away Wednesday April 5, 2017.
Brandon was born in Flemingburg, Kentucky January 7,1982 to Thomas and Jane Switzer Yates. Brandon was a construction worker, was caring, and always tried to put a smile on other peoples faces. He had a gift in making people laugh.
Surviving beside his parents is his son; one brother and sister in law; two nephews; a paternal grandmother; and his girlfriend. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins will also mourn his passing.
Preceded in death were his maternal grandparents Mima and Clarence Switzer; paternal grandfather Orville Yates, and cousin Crystal Rigdon Gates.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:00pm April 8, 2017 at the Gaydos Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Grayson officiating. Burial will be in Lewis County Memory Gardens in Black Oak, Kentucky.
Visitaion will be from 5-9 p.m. Friday April 7, 2017 at the Gaydos Funeral Home 159 Second Street Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179. Also from 8:00 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
