Services for Wilbur E. Ables, 89, of Tucson, Arizona will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Hollingsworth Memorial Chapel, Columbia City; the Rev. Robert Priest officiating. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Thursday. Mr. Ables, a former resident of Fort Wayne, died at 9:15 a.m. Sunday in a Tucson hospital. For the past 10 years, he made his home with a daughter, Mrs. Stanley Hollifield, in Tucson. Surviving are two sons, another daughter, 19 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, one brother, and two sisters.
