Born in Prairie County to William M. and Nancy Jane Lucrettia Audrey Childres Golding she was a life long resident of Prairie County.

On Sept. 18, 1887 in Prairie County she married Needham Asa Oliver.
She never remarried after the death of Needham in 1932.

Mother of: Charles Cleveland, George Fredrick "Fred", Ethel Lee, Okla Jane Oliver Ray, William Homer, Merna Elizabeth Oliver Baxter, Algernon Golding, Olen Jefferson, Ola Pluma Oliver Holden, Eunice Oliver Mayfield, Obidaha "Obe" and Guy.

Sister of: Charles Carroll Golding,

Half sister of: Sarah Adeline Childres McBee, William Lafayette, Mary Elizabeth Childres Oliver Eiland and George R Childres.

A story told to Betty Jo Baxter Hooper by Great Grandma Ida relates that she only cut her hair one time and Needham got very upset at her for cutting it so she never cut it again. As I remember her she had hair way past her bottom which she kept in a bun on the top of her head.
She also loved peppermint candy which she kept in her apron pocket along side her snuff.
