Obituary - Leah Pauline Hulet, 65, passed away at her home on May 22, 1998 in Summit, Utah. Pauline was born on December 7, 1932 in Antimony, UT to Benjamin Lynn Mathews and Ester Black.

She married Carlisle Walker Hulet on July 8, 1952 in the Manti LDS Temple. Pauline was a beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved her children and grandchildren and dedicated her life to her family and to serving others.

She was an active member of the LDS church and served in various ward and stake callings. She worked for the Iron County School District in food service at Parowan Elementary.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Alton Mathews and Gerald Mathews; and a sister, Naomi Baker. Survivors include her husband, Carlisle, of Summit and children, Diane (Rex) Orton of Georgetown, TX; Daniel C. Hulet of Summit, UT; Donald M. (Tammy) Hulet of Paragonah, UT; Chad (Michelle) Hulet of Payson, UT; David G. (Lori) Hulet of Summit, UT; Marianne (John) Rex of Guadalajara, Mexico; and Allison (Chris) Beins of Summit, UT; 24 grandchildren; sisters, Celia Cowley of Venice, UT and LaRae Mathews of Roy, UT; brothers, Dasil Mathews of Vacaville, CA; Wendell Mathews of Provo, UT; Kay Mathews of Smithfield, UT; Paul Mathews (her twin) of Blackfoot, ID and Stanford Mathews of Roy, UT.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 1998 at 11 a.m. at the Summit LDS Ward church. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and the morning of the service, one hour prior to the services, at the church
