Pettis, Alice M.
Alice M. Pettis, age 91 of New Brighton, passed away November 10, 2017. Preceded in death by husband, Russell and sister, Eleanor Giese. Survived by daughter, Paula Pettis; niece and nephew, Donna and Duane Giese. Graduate of University of Wisconsin Madison with a Masters Degree in Library Science. Taught English at Fairchild, Onalaska and Two Rivers, WI. Alice was a catalog librarian at Winona State University.
She enjoyed playing the piano, the organ and oil painting.
Memorial service Tuesday, November 14, 11 a.m. at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1900 NW 7th St., New Brighton. Visitation 1 hour prior to service at church.
