He was born at Cincinnati, Ohio on December 5, 1946 to David and Ola Godsey Stacy.
He is survived by his Wife - Elsie Mullins Stacy; Sons - David (Kristen) Stacy,Don (Tammy) Smith and John D. (Kim) Smith; Daughters - Tonya (Dennis) Montjoy and Linda (Johnny) Wilson; 12 Grandsons and 7 Granddaughters; 2 Great Grandchildren; Sisters - Phyllis Browning, Anna Ison and Mary (CB) Smith;
He was preceded in death by Parents - David and Ola Stacy; Brother - Edward "Buggy" Stacy; and Sister: Aileen Maggard.
