Henry's parents- Frank and Susan were married on February 15, 1895 after Frank's first wife, Rebecca Abbott died. After Frank died, Susan Russell Nichols, at 60 years old, married Joseph Cox. Oddly, on her marriage certificate, her first husband, Frank Nichols is listed as her father. On the record, Susan signed with the mark of an X.
