He was the 2nd son of Tilford "Tink" Myers and Mary Elizabeth Judd Myers. The Myers family resided at their farm and home in Newtonia, Newton County, Missouri. Tink Myers was a Farmer and Mary Myers was a Homemaker. At the time of their baby boy's passing, he had two siblings:
