Jacob 'Steffan' Andres was born on February 24, 1874 in Chillicothe, Ohio. His father Jacob Andre b1836 was 37 and his mother Susan Haynes was just 26. He lost his father when he was only an infant just 7 mos 0ld. His father Jacob died in Sep 1874. His mother remarried in Apr 1875 to Peter Steffan and for a time he used the surname Steffan. He had three blood brothers, 2 half-brothers & 4 half-sisters, which are listed below. He was listed as single on his Death cert which was signed by his mother - Susan. His brother Lawrence Andrew is buried in this cemetery also - see #47494688. His brother William Andrew is buried a cemetery nearby - see #23248502
