Catherine May Wooten, age 85 of Hendersonville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 18, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was a Cafeteria Lady with the Sumner County School System for 25 years where she touched the lives of many children. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucion and Maggie Copeland and her brother, Lucion Copeland, Jr. She is survived by her Husband of 70 years, Harold Wooten; daughters, Cheryl (Bill) Jung and Penny (Terry) Mundy; brother, Edgar Copeland; grandchildren, Brandon Wooten, Jake Jung, Shannon Hodge and Sunday Mackorell; great-grandchildren; Evan Hodge, Lillian Huffine, John and Ava Mackorel.
Interment at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
