Jacob Kenneth Leath, Sr, age 32, passed away November 21, 2016. He was born on October 8, 1984 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Michael Leath and Carol Dewerff. He was preceded in death by his dad and is survived by his loving wife, Ashley Denise Leath; son Jacob Leath, Jr.; daughter Ann-Marie Lynn Leath; his mother, Carol Dewerff; brothers Jerry, Bo, Ray; sister Lisa; grandfather Kenneth and numerous friends and family.

Jacob graduated from Hunters Lane High School and worked hard with both Papa John’s and Pizza Hut. He loved computers and spending time with his family. He was a loving father to Ann-Marie and Jacob. He had a great sense of humor and was the life of the party. His family nicknamed him “Big Hungry” for his love to eat and never gain a pound. He enjoyed traveling and made several trips to Denver over this past year. Jacob and Ann-Marie recently shared a precious memory riding a train together. Those memories will be forever cherished.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, November 27, 2016, 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home.
