Mary A. McDonald, 69, of Greensburg, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at her residence. She was born April 25, 1947, in Decatur County, the daughter of Charles Curtis and Philomena Magelena (Suttmiller) Hermesch.
She was a lifelong resident of Decatur County and enjoyed playing bingo. She retired from KB Foods in 2013.
Survivors include her son, Rodney Dale (Kim) Lozier of St. Paul; sisters, Virginia (Ron) Kellerman, Ruth (Steve) Fulton and Cora (John) Newby, all of Greensburg, Linda Newman of Edinburgh, Betty Martin of Adams, Ann Riggins of Waldron; brothers, Charlie Joe Hermesch of Westport, Tom (Lana) Hermesch of Batesville, John Hermesch of Greensburg; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Dorothy Barber.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, March 17 at Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport. Funeral services begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 18, at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Westport Cemetery.
