Otis married Ada Irene Ewart 1897–1964 in 1921 in Canada, They had a son Gordon William 1924–1983.
By 1940 they family lived in St Paul, Minnesota where Otis was an accountant for the State of Minnesota for 24 years.
Otis and Ada retired to Sun City, Arizona in 1960 from Minnesota.
Harvey died in his home.
