Guy Oliver Johnson was born August 7, 1879 to Andrew and Carrie Johnson in Oakland, Nebraska. He died March 8, 1952 in the hospital at Kalispell at the age of 72 years.
Mr Johnson was a carpenter by trade and also engaged in farming.
Following the death of his wife Ella, on November 3, 1930, Mr. Johnson made his home in the Flathead and at the time of his death was residing at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Danielson at 504 Ninth Avenue West.
Surviving are four sons, Ivan and Loren Johnson of Kalispell, Clebourne and Clifford of Seattle; three daughters Mrs. Thelma Tinney, Mrs. Zella Danielson, and Mrs. Alma Greenland, all of Kalispell; two brothers, Dr. Theodore A. Johnson of Boise, Idaho and Nat Johnson of Oakland, Nebraska; four sisters, Mrs. Clark E. Smith of Billings, Montana, Emma E. Johnson of Boise, Idaho, Mrs. R. S. (Edith) Cyphers of Powell, Wyoming, and Mrs. Lawrence (Louella) Scott of Gothenburg, Nebraska; 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
